A person’s home is as much a reflection of his personality as the clothes he wears, the food he eats and the friends he spends his time with. I have got a two-room apartment in the center of the city. But all people dream about their own house with all conditions, so do I. The house of my dream must be a comfortable well-planned two-storeyed cottage. Not so large of course. It should be situated in a quite ecologically clean place or street.
I want a green lawn and flowers to be there in front of the house. There should be a lot of trees, a pond or a fountain. There must be a large kitchen, a pantry, a dining-room, a cosy sitting-room with a fireplace and big windows on the ground floor. There should be bedrooms with bathrooms on the first floor, and somebody`s study upstairs. And I want my room to be in the garret, and a balcony with the beautiful view.I want my home to be the best place for meetings with my friends and relatives.

We use this room to meet the guests and celebrate all important family occasions. My room is rather small but it is very cozy. Our kitchen is not very large but it’s light. It’s very well-equipped. We have got a refrigerator, a microwave oven.

I like pictures very much, so I perhaps will put some with beautiful landscapes on the wall.
I want my kitchen to have all necessary modern equipment . I like when the cupboards don’t take much space and are elegant of design.
Lots of beautiful plants and flowers will decorate the lawn in front of the house and many useful fruit-trees will grow an orchard behind it.

Hi, Z. It's been a long time since I wrote you. 2 weeks, I guess. Luckily, our family will return next Monday. My God, finally.
Oh, I forgot to tell you before leaving, that we'll stay at Father's parents house. The place looks abandoned and dusty. Nobody lives here for two-three years. But this house was built for centuries. The walls are thick, the floor is made of larch plank and the roof doesn't leak at all. Besides of all that, fireplace is attached. Yeah, that house has something special. Like in all traditional houses, bedrooms are upstairs. There are four of them. Enough place for us to sleep. The kitchen is old-school. It's strange to not have an electric kettle. Tea party is more authentic now. Yes, I called an usual breakfast "tea party". There isn't a dining room in the house, but there is separate room just for bathtub. At first I founded it really odd and unfunctional. I change my mind. This is cool. Not so bad. Don't worry.

I'm sorry that I haven't written for a while, but I've been really busy. Big city is really tiresome place.
By the way, I finally found a flat, where I can feel myself in safe. It’s on the 23rd floor and not very big, but there is minimum noise, so I can forget where I am and it seems like I’m at home again. Because there is no a lot of furniture, this flat seems spacious. There are two rooms: bedroom and living room. Living room also includes kitchen. There are many shelves in the living room, so place for my numerous books is found. Also there is balcony. Not everything is going bad about that city, ‘cause fortunately there is park near my house. So, view out of balcony is pretty pleasant. Oh, you know, I’m growing flowers on balcony! So finally it’s time to tell you about my home. You know, it wasn’t easy but I found the home, you can congratulate me on this.
It’s the little nice flat. The flat includes bedroom living room and a kitchen. Ok, so, it isn’t interesting. Better imagine how you come into. You can see the short hallway. Maybe you take off your shoes? There is no lot of shoes on the shelves but it’s good. Bright wallpaper surrounds you. Step by step you approach to the living room. Unfortunately, you aren’t becoming the wonder. It’s ordinary room. There’s no a lot of furniture, no TV there in the room but it’s comfortable. If you wanna eat you may go to the kitchen. Stepping on parquet floor you look the big table. There’s very light here like I love. I already buy some appliances, on example: the big white fridge and microwave oven. Kitchen is small too but it seems spacious. By the way, there’s nice view from here. The green park opposite located remind me our walk. It was nice time.
This is the big city and mass busy people. I’m really looking forward to when you come to me. I must come in next year I guess. However, it is hard for me…

Hi, my friend. I would like to tell you about the house where I live together with my family. It’s a modern building and it is twelve storeys high. Our apartment is on the top floor, so we use an elevator to get there. I should say that the apartment is quite spacious but at the same time cosy.
The flat has got three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living-room is the largest one with a sofa, wall units and two big comfortable armchairs in it. There is also a small coffee table between the armchairs. The floor is covered with a soft carpet. It’s the room where our family and friends get together. We usually watch TV there, play games or just chat and rest.
My parents’ bedroom is much smaller. There is a double bed with bedside cabinets and a wardrobe in the room. And, surely, it’s important to mention a dressing table with a mirror where my mom spends some time every morning putting make up and getting dressed.
I must say I’m lucky to have my own room. The most necessary things for me there are my computer and DVD-player which I use most. There is also a bed, a wardrobe and a bookcase where I keep my textbooks and other important stuff.
The last place to describe is the kitchen. It’s very light and comfortable with a beautiful dining set in it. We meet there quite often when having breakfast or dinner. We’ve got a TV in the kitchen, so it’s like a real room.
We have all modern conveniences in our apartment such as gas, central heating, hot and cold running water. We also have modern electric appliances: a microwave, a washing machine, a vacuum-cleaner and others.
In conclusion I want to say that I adore my apartment. Wherever you are it’s always pleasant to come back home where you can feel the atmosphere of love, friendship and understanding. That is why my home is my castle.
